Inbox, leads, alerts and reports
Every conversation your assistant has lands in your inbox. You can read along, reply yourself, and follow up on the people who left their details.
Inbox
- See every chat as it happens, with what the visitor asked and what the assistant answered.
- Take over a chat and reply yourself; the assistant stops until you hand it back. Resolve a chat when it's done, or reopen it.
- Draft with AI writes a reply for you to check and send. Saved replies keep your common answers one click away.
- Leave internal notes for your team, send files, and see when the visitor is typing.
- Email a copy of a chat. Owners and admins can delete conversations.
Leads
When a visitor leaves their name, email or phone, they appear in Leads with the page they were on and the conversation. Mark each lead as new, contacted, won or lost, and download your leads as a CSV for your CRM or spreadsheet.
Alerts
- Email: a new lead, a visitor asking for a person, your weekly report and usage warnings. Owners and admins get them by default; agents and viewers can switch them on. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- In the dashboard: the bell, a sound and desktop notifications while Corner is open.
- Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n or your own system on the Builder and Studio plans: see Slack and webhooks.
- There's no mobile app or text message alerts yet.
Overview and reports
- Overview shows the last 7 or 30 days: conversations, how many the assistant answered on its own, leads, chats handed to your team, and this month's usage.
- Unanswered groups the questions your assistant couldn't answer so you can teach it.
- A weekly report arrives by email on Monday mornings when your assistant had conversations that week.
Team and roles
- Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the workspace.
- Admin: everything except billing and deleting the workspace.
- Agent: replies in the inbox and manages leads.
- Viewer: reads conversations, leads and reports.
Invite teammates from Team after confirming your email. Free and Starter have 1 seat, Builder has 3 and Studio has 10; pending invitations count as seats. Each person can have one Free workspace; more workspaces need a paid plan.
