Start free with 30 conversations a month and no card. Paid plans start at $19 a month. Every plan uses the same AI model for every answer.
Plans
Yearly billing gives two months free. Every plan includes answers in each visitor's language, the page each answer came from, re-reading your website, booking, WhatsApp and call buttons, talking to your team, unanswered questions, help articles, nudges, leads, the weekly report and setup from your AI tool. There are no credits and no cheaper model on lower plans. See Pricing for the full comparison.

What counts as a conversation
A conversation is one visitor chat with up to 10 answers; a longer chat counts again every 10 answers. A visitor who opens the messenger and leaves without asking doesn't count, and if an answer fails, the conversation is given back. Months are calendar months. Your own test answers in Knowledge > Test don't count.
When you reach your limit
You get an email at 80%. At 100%, automatic answers pause until next month or until you add extra conversations. The messenger and your inbox keep working: visitors are invited to leave their details, and you can still reply yourself.
Extra conversations
On any paid plan, add 100 conversations for $15 from Billing, up to 20 packs at a time. They last until the end of the month you buy them in.
Upgrade, downgrade, cancel
- Upgrades apply straight away, with credit for the unused part of your old plan.
- To move to a smaller plan, first remove the assistants or seats it doesn't include.
- Cancel anytime from Billing, with no fee. Your plan works until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free. Your content, conversations and leads stay; assistants beyond the Free plan pause.
Money-back guarantee
Your first payment for a plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee, monthly or yearly, as long as you've used less than half of that month's conversations. Write to [email protected]. Yearly plans get a reminder at least 7 days before they renew. The details are in the refund policy.
There's no separate free trial of paid plans: the Free plan and the guarantee play that part.
Payment
Payments go through Stripe, in US dollars, billed in advance; local taxes may apply. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Corner. Promo codes can be entered at checkout. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again; if it keeps failing, the workspace moves to Free. Prices change only with at least 30 days' notice.
