Security and privacy

• Network and protection: Cloudflare.
• Email: Resend, in Ireland (EU).
• AI: Anthropic (Claude) and Voyage AI for search, in the United States.
• Payments: Stripe.

The full list and the legal details are in the privacy policy. For your visitors' data, you (the website owner) are in charge and Corner works for you.

Visitor answers come from Claude Sonnet by Anthropic, on every plan. Claude Opus writes AI drafts and nudge suggestions. Neither Corner nor its AI providers train models on your content or your conversations.

• Files visitors send are encrypted (AES-256), checked for viruses, never given a public link, and photos lose their location data.
• Sign-up and sign-in are protected against bots with Cloudflare Turnstile.
• The messenger loads only on your own domains, so a copied snippet doesn't work elsewhere.
• The assistant treats what visitors type as questions, never as instructions, and won't reveal its rules.
• Please don't use the messenger to collect sensitive data such as health details, card numbers or ID numbers. It isn't a source of medical, legal or financial advice.

Your content and conversations stay until you delete them. Deleting a workspace removes it from Corner at once and from backups within 30 days. To delete your personal account, or to use your GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy rights, write to [email protected].

To help you, for example when you write to us about a problem, Corner's team can open a support session in your account and see what you see. Sessions end on their own after an hour, a banner shows while one is open, and every one is recorded. We never see your password or card details.
